Flexible Packing Services seek to act in accordance with the UK Human Rights Act 1998, with intention to guard against being complicit in human rights violations and to uphold the human rights of our people and any other individuals that we’re in contact with, either directly or indirectly.

Pete
Managing Director

Co-founder Pete, as well as being a successful entrepreneur also has a remarkable talent for DIY, always working on grand home improvement projects. Pete is an experienced and astute businessman, with a background in pharmaceuticals he has uncompromising high quality standards. Pete loves to spend weekends at his caravan in the Welsh mountains, enjoying hiking with his wife and two black Labradors.

Philippa
Operations Director

Co-founder Phil is multi-talented, being a part of a competitive and successful netball team as well as a savvy businesswoman. With a background of 20 years in the food industry, Phil is an expert in the field and nothing gets past her. Also a busy single parent of 3 daughters ranging from tots to teens means Phil is always on the go.

Lyndsey
Quality Manager

Lyndsey heads up our quality team, meticulously overseeing our high food safety standards - qualified to HACCP Level 3, with an in depth knowledge of BRC food.  Lyndsey holds  a BSc degree in Business Studies and has been with FPS for over 5 years now.  Lyndsey is a mum of 2, which keeps her busy but in her leisure time keeps active with running and is a fan of cryptic crosswords and also loves a pub quiz!  Connect on LinkedIn

Jennifer
Customer Services Manager

Jen is the office pocket rocket, running a tight ship to keep the orders to schedule. Having worked at FPS since she graduated over a decade ago, Jen is highly experienced and knows the business inside out.  This former cheerleader brings bubbly service to all our customers. Production Manager

With a first class honours degree in business, Thea is knowledgeable, sharp and hardworking.  Thea pushes herself just as hard out of work, with a love of fitness she spends her spare time personal training to help others reach their health goals.

Karl
Production Superviser

Our reliable and hardworking production supervisor Karl keeps production ticking like clockwork.  Karl has worked his way up to his role, starting with us as a temporary packer then proving himself to then be a very capable machine operator.

Kate
Production Supervisor

Kate has worked her way up through FPS to a supervisor role with her ‘can do’ attitude and meticulous approach to her work. Kate brings her high standards to production in monitoring quality conformance and overseeing the secondary packing operations. 

Hardworking Kate also has her hands full out of work, with her young son!

Office Administrator

Bubbly & hardworking Agnes works diligently on finance and makes sure our customer's goods go out on time.
