We have been open and working hard throughout the pandemic to keep essential food supplies going and wish to thank our staff for their excellent effort this year!

We have had our BRC audit and delighted to again be rated BRC grade AA !  We are now also certified as BRC Gluten Free - feel free to talk to us about this if you have a gluten free product.

Just to update customers - all is well at FPS, we have been working hard here throughout the pandemic to supply the UK food shops with sachets... and continue to do so!

We are so proud of our key worker staff for their heroic attitudes during these difficult past few months for the nation.

We hope all our customers are keeping well, any questions please get in touch with us.  However, please be reassured our factory is open for business as normal.  We would like to also thank you for choosing our company to manufacture your sachets, we value your continued custom and our staff have appreciated your kind words during these unprecedented times.

Also a BIG thank you to the NHS and all other key workers who have worked tirelessly during the pandemic to keep us all safe and the country's essential services running during lockdown.

We have recently had our annual BRC Audit and once again are proud to report though handwork, care and diligence that we have achieved BRC AA grade food certification for the third year running! Customers can be confident in our ability to provide the highest quality service in packing your food safe ambient liquid and powders into sachets. Febuary 2018

We are investing in increasing the options that we can provide our customers, therefore we are now able to offer a contract blending service prior to sachet filling, should it be required. For customers who do not have a blending company in place, then we are happy to quote on the optional extra of blending the product, using customer supplied ingredients & recipes. With our 1000L stainless steel ribbon blender, we can produce powder and small grain blends from loads of 50kg upwards.

We have expanded into liquid sachet filling. Following many years of successfully offering only powder filling, we have invested in this additional contract packing service. We have installed brand new pumps onto our machines, capable of filling food safe ambient liquids, creams and gels into sachets.
