We only collect personal data you share with us

Personal data we collect:  email / phone number / first name & last name / cookies and usage data

We regard your privacy as important, by providing us with your information (e.g. completing a contact form or sending us an email enquiry) you consent to us processing it for the purposes outlined below.   

  1. Where you choose to provide us with contact or business information it is to enable us to send you information about quotes and services in which you register an interest.
  2. We will not pass any of your contact or business information to any third parties outside of the company, without your consent and in this case it will only be in the nature of a legitimate business interest (i.e if you request us to put you in touch with a printer to discuss packaging artwork issues, or putting a customer in touch with you regarding a manufacturing service enquiry we cannot offer we are aware your business can).
  3. We will not intentionally share your contact details with any other 3rd parties except detailed in point 2 above.  
  4. We don't generally carry out marketing, but may from time to time in the future send you our own marketing emails, which you can opt out of.

Your information supplied in the enquiry form and any subsequent emails is stored securely password protected and accessed only by key Flexible Packing Services staff members.  We may retain your contact details indefinitely in active use for as long as required for your business relationship with us and after that in archived status. 

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address or target anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
